Spin Instructor

I teach a not-so traditional style of spin at a local gym GB3 in Clovis, CA. Loud Music, No mic, loads of encouragement, rhythmic movements, similar to dancing with proper form all while engaging several muculatures throughout!

Warning you may experience some or all of the following:
*released endorphins (good mood)
*severe sweating
*fat burning
*weight loss
*increased endurance
*improved strength

and in some cases:
*complete addiction

Mondays 5:30-6:30 AM
Tuesdays 5:00-6:00 AM
Thursdays 5:00-6:00 AM
