A gallon a day helps keep the cravings away!

The suggested water amount is 64 ounce a day but I encourage you to drink a gallon a day (164oz.) You'll be in better control of your cravings, feel great and its only 10 water bottles a day. That's the equivalent of about 1 16oz water bottle every 90 minutes you're awake!
