I believe that fit can be sexy at the same time. i strive for fitness in a crunched time schedule and how to maximize your results to reach your goals when confronted by a busy schedule. I have three jobs, two kids and a social schedule that is double booked. So I know personally how hard it is to fit in what I call "me" time and not fall prey to convenience of unhealthy but no-brainer food choices such as fast food. So I derived this blog to post my experiences and tips to assist others like me in making wise choices on the go and how to always make time for Fit Time (a.k.a. "Me time").
